At Addiimi, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders of our Smart Doorbell Camera and accessories. Our goal is to get your order to your doorstep quickly, safely, and with full transparency.

Order Processing

Standard Processing Time: 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-volume times, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Dispatch: Your order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to the shipping carrier and is officially in transit.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within the following timeframes:

🇺🇸 United States: 7–15 business days

🇨🇦 Canada: 10–20 business days

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

🇦🇺 Australia: 10–20 business days

🌍 Worldwide: 10–25 business days (may vary by region and customs clearance)

Note: Carriers may experience delays during peak seasons or due to customs inspections. These factors are outside of our control but we’ll do everything possible to keep you updated.

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information can delay or cancel your order.

If you notice an error, email us at support@addiimi.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update your details, but we cannot guarantee changes after this timeframe.

If our system detects an address issue, our team will contact you via email within 3 business days. If we don’t hear back, your order may be canceled.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work hard to get your order delivered on time, certain events may cause unavoidable delays, such as:

Severe weather conditions

Transportation disruptions

Customs inspections

Carrier issues

We’ll notify you promptly if there are any issues and work with our courier partners to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is handed to the courier, it is no longer under Addiimi’s control. If your package is lost or stolen:

File a claim directly with the courier (most carriers have a lost package claims process).

Depending on the situation, Addiimi may offer a replacement as a courtesy, though lost or stolen packages fall outside of our refund policy.

In unresolved cases, we recommend filing a local police report.
